STAFF

All members of the teaching staff are enthusiastic and suitably qualified professionals.

We are keen to ensure that we all continue to develop and improve our practice and the School has a scheme of teacher appraisal and professional development; four working days spread throughout the year are given over to In-Service Training & Development, which takes a variety of forms. We have links with Education departments at local universities and encourage trainee teachers to join our staff rooms. All those who work for the School, including the Governors and any volunteers who have substantial unsupervised access to children, are checked with the CRB in accordance with national guidelines.
